Superstar Rajinikanth's next movie 'Jailer' is releasing worldwide in theaters on August 10th. With just about three weeks to go the hype has amplified for the film with the two singles released 'Kaavaalaa' and 'Hukum - Thalaivar Alapparai'. The visuals especially in the latter shows vintage Rajini in full form with style and swag promising a grand treat to fans of all ages.

Meanwhile there are a couple of news doing the rounds about the storyline of 'Jailer'. The first one is from a synopsis circulated abroad that goes like "A gang tries to rescue their leader from the prison, where others are stuck at a problem. The jailer of the prison shows off to stop them all".

The other suggestion is that a gang of idol smugglers come into a head on collission with a 'Jailer' in whose prison the gang leader is in custody. Though these theories sound interesting sources in Kollywood state that there are more than a handful of surprises packed in the screenplay by Nelson.

'Jailer' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar has music by Anirudh and is produced on a grand scale by Sun Pictures. The ensemble cast comprises of Rajinikanth, Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Vasanth Ravi.
