Breaking! Sun Pictures releases the official box office collection of 'Jailer'

Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar released worldwide on August 10th to thunderous response from fans. There were several unofficial reports about the box office figures that the film collected with the majority claiming that it has crossed rupees four hundred crores.

Sun Pictures has now officially revealed that 'Jailer' has created history by becoming the first film in Kollywood history to gross Rs. 375.40 Crores worldwide in its first week. Since there are no other major film releases in the next few weeks the film has every chance of becoming the all time number one as well.

'Jailer' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar has music by Anirudh and stars Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vinayakan, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil and Jackie Shroff. Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar and Tamannaah Bhatia make cameo appearances.
