After Rajini and Nelson, Anirudh also receives surprise gift from ‘Jailer’ producer

Superstar Rajinikanth’s most recent film ‘Jailer’ released last month to thunderous response from fans all over the globe,  The result is that the dark comedy film is said to have collected nearly Rs 600 crores becoming the highest ever in Tamil cinema history.

Kalanithi Maran, the chairman of the Sun Group which produced ‘Jailer’ has already given a cheque for reportedly rupees hundred crores as share of the profits to Rajinikanth along with an expensive car.  Similarly he also surprised director Nelson with a surprise cheque and a Porche car.

Earlier today the official handle of Sun Pictures posted a pic of Kalanithi presenting a cheque to top music composer Anirudh Ravichander for his contributions to ‘Jailer’.  Its also a special week for the youth icon as his Bollywood debut movie ‘Jawan’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara is releasing worldwide on September 7th.
