Jail goes to Tihar Jail

What would be better place other than the prison to promote this movie? Yes, this Madhur Bhandarkar’s directorial, ‘Jail’, will be going to this famous dungeon.

As a part of the movie’s promotional strategy, the director is said to be visiting the Tihar Jail. Sources revealed that Madhur wanted to celebrate Diwali with the inmates. It is said that the inmates can look forward to some excitement; for, the event is expected to have lots of naach-gaana. The director will also have food in jail, sources said.

Hmm, whatta hatke promotion, we say! Bhandarkar’s movies are well-known for their unique yet universal subjects, now his movies’ promotions seem to be taking the innovative path too.

Percept Picture Company’s ‘Jail’ stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mugdha Godse and the movie is slated for 6th November release.
