After playing side roles for about a decade, brilliant actor Jaideep Ahlawat became a household name with his portrayal of Inspector Hathiram Chaudhary in the Amazon Prime Video's crime thriller 'Paatal Lok'. Now he is gearing up for the release of his next project titled 'Tryst With Destiny' and he's going to portray a police officer in this one as well.

While his fans are excited to watch him don the khaki uniform again, Jaideep has made it clear that his new role is going to be very different than Hathiram Chaudhary. The actor stated, "I finished shooting for ‘Tryst With Destiny’ in 2019 before beginning shooting for ‘Paatal Lok’. In both the shows, I play a cop, but with different shades in character. I can’t wait for you to finally watch Tryst With Destiny.”

Directed by Prashant Nair, 'Tryst With Destiny' also stars Ashish Vidyarthi, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Ishwak Singh, Lillete Dubey, Victor Banerjee and Vineet Kumar Singh among others. The film will release on November 5 on Sony LIV.
