Director SA Chandrasekaran, known for directing hit movies with Vijay, besides also working with big stars like Superstar Rajnikanth in Naan Sigappu Manithan, Vijayakanth in Sattam Oru Iruttarai etc, is back to direction after a 4 year break post the release of his last directorial Touring Talkies.

His next directorial venture has been titled Love Matter, and this is the maker's 70th movie, and was announced to have Jai as the lead, and though initially it was said Bigg Boss fame Aishwarya Dutta will play the female lead along with Athulya Ravi, it has been announced that she has been replaced by Vaibhavi Shandilya.

Vaibhavi was earlier a part of movies like Sakka Podu Podu Raja and Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu. Love Matter has Jai playing a character named Vijay and the movie deals with the lifestyle and love of current generation youngsters. The director has said that this might be his last directorial venture.
