Actor Jai who was last seen on screen in the thriller Neeya 2, is currently acting in several movies. One of these movies happens to be Breaking News directed by debutant Andrew Pandian, and the movie is produced by Norway based producer Thirukadal Udhayam.

Now the director has revealed the complete plot of the movie. Breaking News reportedly revolves around a software engineer Jeevan played by Jai, and being an activist, he fights against injustice,and his wife also departs from him unable to change him. However he gets special powers after hit by a meteor, which causes chemical reactions and makes him a superhero.

How the hero stops two villains who come up with a dangerous project to destroy lands is what the movie is all about, revealed the director. Breaking News stars Bhanusree as the female lead while Dev Gill and Rahul Dev play the villain brothers. Breaking news involves 450 CG artists, and will be a visually spectacular project revealed the maker.
