Success is a strange thing. It can do strange things to strange men. And it has for Jagapathi Babu.
The beanpole of an actor, after the success of Pedababu, has become more discerning.
The man who used to sign films left, right and centre, is now holding himself back.
He recently refused a film from Puri Jagannath. The movie also starred Nagarjuna.
Apparently, Jagapathi Babu did not want to play second fiddle to Nags in the film. Now that role has gone to Srikkanth who is not averse to sharing screen space with other stars.
Jagapathi now feels that he can carry off a film on his own back. Hence the new QC on his roles.
