Launching of new banner Gururaja Films, cutting down weight by eleven kilograms and taking up a meaningful remake film besides doing plenty of social work in the capacity of MLC of Karnataka - the actor cum politician Jaggesh is in top gear. He plays the lead in Malayalam film remake 'Bodyguard' with two heroines Daisy Shah and Spoorthi. Jaggesh and his wife Smt Parimala are the producers of this film with the support of Sampath and Srinivas.

It was three decades ago when I was nothing I prayed to Sri Raghavendra Swamy in Mantralaya that one day would start a banner in his name. I am fulfilling it now says Jaggesh. The shooting for 'Bodyguard' has already started. Vinay Chandra has completed final mixing of five songs while Ashok V Raman who showed his brilliance in 'Eddelu Manjunatha' is the man behind camera.

TN Anand a long companion of veteran director KV Raju and Jaggesh is directing this film 'Bodyguard' - a film with emotional bondage significance.

Jaggesh in fact was looking for this kind of script and he got it from his colleague in Kannada cinema good friend Rockline Venkatesh.
