Jagapathi Babu, who stays at the Lodha apartments at Kukatpally, has warned its builder over a proposal.

While Lodha apartments is a gated community, the owner is seeking to merge the abutting apartments into his so as to save or make money. This has not gone down well with the residents of the gated community, obviously because that would compromise the security and quality of living within the community.

Jagapathi, a celeb resident, has taken it upon himself to ask the builder to behave, failing which, he said, he knows what course of action to take recourse to.

The yesteryear hero has been residing in the place for 4 years now. He bought a flat here when he couldn't afford to stay in his erstwhile palatial bungalow. He has been living with his wife in the luxury apartments ever since.
