Jagapathi Babu's performance in 'Aravindha Sametha' has not gone unsung. It must have been very difficult for him to convince the audience in a monster's role just a few months after 'Rangasthalam'.
In one of the scenes, the 'Nannaku Prematho' and 'Legend' antagonist has to speak at the top of his voice, that too in the Seema dialect, something which he is not used to. The senior actor had to strain his vocal chords for this. So much so, while dubbing for the part, he vomited blood.
It was NTR's suggestion to Trivikram to cast Jaggu Bhai for the role. His acting in the second half of the film could well fetch him many awards.
Also starring Pooja Hegde, Naveen Chandra and others, the film hit the screens this Thursday.
