Dhanush's mass charisma captivates London - 'Jagame Thandhiram' trailer review

The much-anticipated trailer of Dhanush's 'Jagame Thandhiram' has just been unveiled and is loaded with style, swag, and the charismatic magic of the multitalented star. The cut hints about the transformation of an ordinary rural Tamil youth Surali into a London gangster and no less and who better than to carry that than the D.

The 'Jagame Thandhiram' trailer has it all the gunfights, the punch dialogues, the raw emotions and the humour associated with the gangster flick. James Cosmo for GOT is every bit the don and Aishwarya Lekshmi is pleasant as the love interest while there are flashes of other talented stars Joju George and Kalairasan.

The Karthik Subbaraj stamp is all over the 'Jagame Thandhiram' trailer be it the tone, the emphasis on the lines spoken with telling effect and the unmistakable reference to other anti heroes such as Rajini's 'Petta' and Sathyaraj's 'Amaidhi Padai'. Santhosh Narayanan underlines every frame with his bgm and overall the little over two minutes trailer is an absolute sell for Y Not Studios as well we Netflix to make its penetration in Tamil.

The most disappointing thing is that 'Jagame Thandhiram' has the perfect package to provide wholesome entertainment to the audience and the pandemic has robbed fans to enjoy it in theatres.
