Jacqueline for John?

The Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline impressed all with her cute looks in ÂAladinÂ, although the film fared poorly at the box office. And now the one film old actress is said to have bagged a film opposite hunk actor, John Abraham.
The untitled film would be directed by Sabal Shekhawat, a close buddy of John. However, it is rumoured that the director and the hero are now reconsidering their choice of heroine. According to sources, Jacqueline was finalised for this film before Aladin released. At that time, Sabal was still in the scripting process and thought that Jacqueline was suitable for the role. John too agreed that she was the right choice. ÂSabalÂs film is a thriller and requires a glamorous and sporty actress. Although Jacqueline fits the bill, Sabal and John are now considering other options, added the sources.
The director maintained that nothing has been finalised yet. Although they had a couple of meetings with Jacqueline they havenÂt arrived at a conclusion, he said. Sabal further justified saying, ÂWe had finalised Jacqueline but there are several other aspects to look into, like the filmÂs budget. We are in talks with several studios and only once that is settled, we can talk about finalising the lead actress.Â
