Jackson Durai
After the success of 'Naaigal Jaakiradhai' actor Sibiraj started acting in the lead role in his first horror flick 'Jackson Durai' directed by Dharanidharan who made his debut with the film 'Burma' last year. In the meantime Sibi played the negative role in 'Pokkiri Raja' which turned out to be a disaster and this film will have to give him the much needed break in the industry
Sibi's father and veteran actor Sathyaraj has shared screen space with his son in this film after a long gap. He is playing a ghost in this film for the first time along with 'Naan Kadavul' Rajendran.
The film is about a village which is haunted by two ghosts for hundred years and cop Sibiraj tries to solve a case and attempts to chase away the ghosts played by Sathyaraj and Rajendran. Interestingly this is a period film set in 1940s.
Bindhu Madhavi has acted as the female lead while Karunakaran comes in an important supporting character.
Siddharth Vipin has done the musical score while Vivek Harshan has handled the cinematography. The film has been produced by M.S.Sharavanan of Sri Green Productions banne
The theatrical distribution rights of the film has been acquired by Sri Thenandal Films banner. The film is set to hit the theatricals on July 1, 2016.
