In country where we only preach "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" and seldom practice it, Jackie Chan simple gesture at the 'Dasavatharam' audio launch has come as an eye opener to all who witnessed the scene.

A huge model of the first audio CD was given by our CM to Jackie Chan who gleefully launched the audio of 'Dasavatharam' yesterday. The model was wrapped in plastic and when it was given to the Hollywood star the plastic was ripped off and carelessly tossed aside.

With the entire crowd witnessing, Jackie casually picked up the crumpled plastic waste that was tossed carelessly on the floor and promptly dumped it in a bin. Only then did a couple of security staff come forward to the aid of Mr. Chan. Though this act is not something life-saving, what Jackie Chan did without any pride before so many people has come as an eye opener to many who were present for the music launch function.

'The Tuxedo' star who was the Chief Guest for the music launch function was quite impressed with the performance of Kamal Haasan in 'Dasavadharam'. It seems he had jokingly commented that he too be given a chance to act in films alongside Kamal and Amitabh Bachchan. He also said on a funny note that he would be very interested to do the romance scenes.

Many of us have grown up watching Jackie Chan films and his presence at the music launch function has come across on a very positive note with the public of this city. This Hollywood star who has touched almost all genres in filming like direction, action, and comedy and won acclaim the world over for his works is such a sweet and friendly human being!

There is a lot we have to learn from you Jackie sir, hats off!
