Ivar Vivahitharaayal
One of the most popular names in the TV screen, Saji Surendran will debut into filmdom with the movie `Ivar Vivahitharaayal', which is all set to greet the viewers in a couple of weeks. Featuring young stars like Jayasuriya, Bhama, Samvrutha and Navya Nair, the movie is an youthful comedy told in the backdrop of a family at feud.
The movie will tell the story of this bubbly extrovert, Kavya, who is a Radio Jockey. She believes in her spirits and is willfull to reach the stars with her sweet voice and presentation. She has already set some goals for herself, but her mother is fast progressing with marriage plans. As per her horoscope, she has to be married off earlier to avoid ill fate.
Jayasuriya plays Vivek, who decides to get married at an early age, to teach his ever fighting parents a big lesson in life. His parents finds his decision a big surprise as he has just completed his management degree and is jobless. Things turns worse as Kavya comes into his life. Both of them are poles apart in their temperament and aspiration levels the movie makes a humorous take on these couple and their adjustment problems, and also on the career oriented parents, who finally ends up in making their son a spoilt illogical brat.
Scripted by Krishna Poojapppura, the movie feature the remixed version of the golden song "Poomukha Vaathilkkal" from Priyadarshan eighties hit "Raakkuyilin Ragasaddassil". The song picturised on Jaysuriya and Navya Nair is already big hit in small screens. Anil Nair wields the camera while S. Gopakumar produces the movie under the banner of Kunjuveettil productions. Also in the cast are Sai Kumar, Siddique, Devan, Nedumudi Venu, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Suresh Krishna, Anoop Menon, Rekha, Kala Ranjini, Mallika Sukumaran, Manian Pillai Raju, Suresh Kumar and Pradeep Prabhakar.
