Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, is in the news after her personal assistant tested positive for Covid-19. Reports indicate that there is nothing to worry about Ivanka's status, as the assistant had been working remotely for two months.
As a precautionary measure, Ivanka and her husband were tested for the novel coronavirus. And they both have tested negative.
"The development comes a day after President Trump confirmed that Vice President Mike Pence's press secretary Katie Miller had tested positive for the coronavirus," a report by Livemint says.
So far, three White House staff members have tested positive for the virus. Updating on the same, Gabe Fleisher wrote, "This is the third confirmed White House coronavirus case: President Trump’s valet, Vice President Pence’s press secretary, and now Ivanka Trump’s personal assistant. At least 34 Secret Service employees have also tested positive, although it is unknown if any work at the White House."
