'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' was supposed to go on the floors from this month itself. Due to some unforeseen difficulties in completing complex pre-production works, the makers have decided to postpone the shoot.
The news is that it will now be shot from either the end of November or from the first week of December.
The multi-lingual, to be made at a cost of more than Rs. 150 Cr, stars Megastar Chiranjeevi in the role of the pioneer of a freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Big B Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathy will play other key roles.
Surender Reddy has been with art director Rajeevan on two sets in Hyderabad. Tony Ching, a seasoned action choreographer, has reportedly been roped in. Anju Modi is also on board as the film's costume designer. She has been assisted by a team, which also includes Chiru's daughter, Sushmita. Music is by AR Rahman, while the cinematography is by Rathnavelu.
The film will have a wide release in Tamil and Hindi, too.
