After Malayalam and Tamil, it's now sequel time in Telugu filmdom too. Remember Siva, an action packed campus story about a decade ago, which marked the arrival of director Ram Gopal Verma to big screen.
The movie was a big hit in Telugu then. Starring Nagarjuna and Amala in the lead roles, it was later dubbed in other South Indian languages too.
Now Ram Gopal Verma is planning to make a sequel to the film. He has reportedly titled it as Siva 2006. Nagarjuna is tipped to play the hero again.
If Nagarjuna played the role of college student in Siva, he would be playing a cop in Siva 2006. Ilayaraja would be scoring the music for this film. It would be launched and released in the year 2006.
Ram Gopal Verma is tipped to do a couple of more movies in Telugu besides one starring Suriya in Tamil next year.
