It's ENGLISH season for Vikram Bhatt

Guess what fascinated Vikram Bhatt most these days? Having his films titled in 'English'!

Over the next few months, each of his 4 releases would be bearing an English title. They are 'Speed', 'Red', 'Fear' and 'Cellphone'. 'Speed' is an action thriller produced by Harry Baweja. Starring Aftab Shivdasani, Urmila Matondkar, Zayed Khan, Sanjay Suri, Aashish Chaudhary and Sophie Chaudhary, it should see a November release.

'Red' is a remake of its namesake action film from South. Starring Aftab Shivdasani [again], Amrita Arora and Sushant Singh, it is being wrapped up fast and should see an early 2007 release. Ramesh Sippy's 'Fear' is a film that is taking forever to hit the marquee. Launched during the time when horror films were doing good business, 'Fear' with newcomers is now waiting for the right time to arrive on screens.

Last but not the least comes 'Cellphone', again a thriller that stars Zayed Khan, Sohail Khan, Aashish Chaudhary, Sanjay Suri and Neha Dhupia. The film is produced by Pammi Baweja and should again be arriving in 2007.

Incidentally previously Vikram has made only one film with an English title - Footpath. Coming from the house of Vishesh Films, the film had Aftab Shivdasani in the lead role. Though 'Footpath' wasn't a success at the box office but have Bollywood a new star - Emraan Hashmi!
