It's Charan after 'Cheliyaa'!

It's known that Mani Ratnam's film with Ram Charan has long been waiting in the wings. For some reason or the other, the project has never taken off. In fact, with no much info forthcoming from either Mani's camp or Cherry's team, many unofficially wrote off the project as a permanent non-starter. In the run up to the release of 'Dhruva', Cherry didn't elaborate much when asked about teaming up with Ratnam.
Incredibly, just two or so months later, it's reported that Mani's next after 'Cheliya' ('Kaatru Veliyadai' in Tamil) is going to be Cherry's!
Should everything go well, the film will go to sets a few weeks after the release of the Karthi-Aditi Rao starrer on April 7!
