But quite unlike them, he persevered and went to Malayalam and did 4 The People. And then Chellame happened.

Bharath was taken note of for his complicated character of a youth with a confused feeling over his beautiful neighbor.

Then there was Kadhal. Now, there is no need to talk about the film as the success of it is well known.

Following the smashing hit, Bharath has become a blue-eyed boy in the industry with producers queuing up behind him.

Now Cheran's home production will star Bharath and is all set to take off this April. To be directed by cinematographer turned director Vijay Milton, Cheran's home production has been titled Azhagay Irrukirai.. Bayamai Irukiradhu.

Vijay Milton, besides directing, will be handling the story, screenplay and dialogues and cinematography too. Autograph fame Gopika is tipped to play the heroine. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and editing by Sasikumar.

Interestingly, Dhanush was initially approached to play the hero in Kadhal and when he declined the offer Bharath got the role.

Similarly for Azhaga Irrulirai..Bayamai Irukiradhu, Prasanna was tipped to play the hero and the now Bharath has taken the mantle of playing the hero.
