Director Lucky Shanker is very lucky to get good publicity for his film 'Devaraane' when the real life saint Sri Rishikumara Swamiji came to the sets when Hindi cinema 'Bad Girl' fame Preethi Sood was dancing for an item song with revealing costumes.

Huchmunde Madhuvele Undkondene jaana...an item song penned by folk singer and actor Gururaja Hoskote was shot in a colorful style for 'Devaraane'.

Sri Rishikumaraswamy spoke to the dancer Preethi Sood for a few minutes and he explained his presence is not to take part in the item song but for giving one and half minutes discourse on the significance of God.

Ravishanker of 'Payana' fame is in the lead role in Devaraane with Neethu. Tabla Naani is playing the drunkard role once again besides writing dialogues. Raju Thalikote is a researcher in his own style with a variety in his mannerism. Sadhu Kokila, Bullet Prakash, Mithra, Bank Janardhan, Tennis Krishna, Biradar, Michael Madhu, Potre Nagaraj, Ramanayak, Sadashiva Brahmavar, Nagaraj Kote, Kuri Pratap, Layendra, Achari, Chikkanna and others are in the cast.

Sadhu Kokila is scoring music and MR Seenu is the cameraman of 'Devaraane'. Shivu Kabbin garment factory and real estate owner is the producer of 'Devaraane'.
