'Rangasthalam' is deemed to be one of the best Telugu films of the last 15 years. What if we told you Global Star Ram Charan is kicked about a yet-to-be-launched movie that he believes is much better than the Sukumar directorial? That's what he said at the conclave of a national media house on Saturday.

"I will be playing a path-breaking character in a rooted film. It will be better than 'Rangasthalam'. I will be shooting for it from September. That film has the calibre to become accepted in the West. I am very confident about it," the 'RRR' actor said on the occasion.

The actor was most likely referring to his film with 'Uppena' director Buchi Babu Sana.

New banner Vriddhi Cinemas and Sukumar Writings are bankrolling this project. Presented by Mythri Movie Makers, the untitled film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru. 'Ram Charan Revolts', the hashtag, was used by the makers on social media when the film was announced in November last year.
