Sai Dharam Tej has completely recovered from the injuries that he sustained due to a road accident in September. He was treated at a private hospital for about a month before being discharged on the Dasara day.

On Friday night, Megastar Chiranjeevi took to Twitter and announced that the 'Republic' actor has completely recovered from the injuries. The 'Acharya' actor thanked the fans for their concern by posting a pic of Tej with himself, Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Varun Tej and other Mega family members.

On his part, the 'Prati Roju Pandage' star said that it was nothing less than a new lease of life for him. He had a close shave and survived because he was wearing a helmet and other safety measures were in place. Tej fell unconscious and was in that state for several days. He responded to the treatment pretty fast, but couldn't recover in time to promote 'Republic'.

Meanwhile, 'Republic' is scheduled to stream on ZEE5 from November 26.
