IT sleuths begin raids in Jaya TV office

In a sudden move, slueths of Income Tax department have begin raids in Jaya TV office. The ten member team have been conducting raid from this early morning in the TV station’s premises at Ekkatthuthangal.
Officials are also involved in raids in several other locations, residences of people who are close to AIADMK’s Sasikala and her aides. The residences of TTV Dhinakaran at Mannargudi, Sundara Kottai residence of Sasikala’s brother Dhivakaran have also come under the scanner.
According to IT department’s officials, raids are being conducted at 80 such locations including Sasikala’s nephew Vivek Jayaraman who supervises the channel and also family owned Jazz Cinemas office.
