Helmed by debutante Aamir Pallikkal, the upcoming film is simultaneously made in Malayalam, Arabic, and, English and also dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada languages. Since the movie showcases a mix of Indo-Arabic cultures, ‘Ayisha’ will also have some prominent Arab actors. The iconic dancer-actor Prabhu Deva is also part of the team as a choreographer. Bankrolled by Zakariya, the makers of Halal Love Story, the upcoming movie is touted to be a family drama that will feature Manju Warrier in the title role. The story of the film ‘Ayisha’ is written by Ashif Kakkodi who had earlier scripted the film ‘Halal Love Story’. Editing is by Appu N. Bhattathiri and the cinematography is by Vishnu Sharma. The music is by M Jayachandran. If the reports are to be believed, the movie was primarily shot in the middle east. On the other side, Manju Warrier is going through one of her career’s most prolific, exciting phases. From the movies ‘2403 ft.’ to ‘Kaapa’, the actress has got a handful of other exciting projects for the new year.
