A film with a very philosophical title derived from Sri Kanakadasa poem ‘Ellaru Maduvudu Hottegaagi Genu Battegaagi….is about clash of two generations – 70 and 30 in the film ‘Hottegaagi Genu Battegaagi’. The older generation is represented by versatile actor Ananthnag – he is like a sea in the film. Like how rivers come and fall to the sea, the character of Ananthnag takes on all plus and minus to his side to show an exemplary approach.

The 30 of fast generation, quick results and overnight affluence is represented by beautiful dimple heroine Radhika Chetan.

The film in state award winning director Narendra Babu of ‘Kabbaddi’ Kannada film is given clean U certificate by the regional censor board.  Sometime back the trailer of this film was released at Indian School Sheikh Rashid auditorium in Dubai. The trailer is making good sound for his quality.

For the first time to this Kannada film ‘Hottegaagi Genu Battegaagi’, the shoot was held at Burj Khaleefa towers.

Narendra Babu has written story, screenplay, lyrics and dialogues for this film. Hindustani musician Ramachandra Hadapada scores music, PKH Doss has stood behind camera.

The film is produced by Sudarahan, Ramamurthy and Harish Sherigar, Vinay Kumar is executive producer.
