Prakash Raj, who has directed the tri-lingual film 'Ulavacharu Biryani', which will be releasing on June 6th, has shared a few things about the film in an interview.

Excerpts from the interview

Beautiful love story

'Ulavacharu Biryani' is my third film as a director after 'Naanu Nanna Kanasu' and 'Dhoni'. It is inspired from Malayalam film 'Salt n' pepper'. I'd watched 'Salt n' pepper' and loved it. It is such an exhilarating love story and the screenplay of the film is amazing. I immediately decided to direct it in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada. It will be released on June 6th and I'm sure the audiences will love it.

Everyone will realize it

The film is all about two persons who decide to be unmarried but fall in love after some incidents. I think that every one who decides to be unmarried, will at sometime realize what they are missing. 'Ulavacharu Biryani' will have two different, but beautiful love stories.

Great experience

The film has been made in three languages and will have actors, who are familiar in those languages except some. The film is titled and made according to the tastes of the respective areas.It is really a great experience to work with actors and poets from three different languages.

Ilayaraja didn't give music

Ilayaraja didn't give music for our film, he blessed our film. I can't imagine the movie without his music. He has provided such a wonderful music.

Very different

The film may be inspired from 'Salt N' Pepper', but it is a very different film compared to the original. Some characters are included, the second love story is different and there are a lot of changes in this film. This is the Biryani prepared by me.

I'm surprised with his confidence

Producer K.S.Ramarao introduced Tejus to me and I'm surprised with his confidence. I came to know that he was trained under Teja for about one year and that is the reason behind his confidence. He is a very good actor and he has acted very well in this movie.

Sneha is a wonderful actress

Sneha is a very good actress and I've brought the pain behind her smiling face in this movie. She has done a very good job.

Loved 'Manam'

I've watched 'Manam' and was spellbound by the film. It is such a beautiful film and I loved the performances of the actors. ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya should be appreciated for selecting such a different story. Vikram Kumar has done a great job.

I love only these

I love to be a director and I love to make only films, which will touch the hearts of the audiences and the previous films I made touched the hearts of many.I don't think this is an experiment. If a hero can fight with 30 to 40 persons at once, it can be called an experiment. But this is not.

Prakash Raj concluded that Ulavacharu Biryani will be a sumptuous feast for the audiences and they will sure love it. He assured a beautiful love story filled with emotions.
