IT Association complains to EC against Balakrishna

In a foot-in-the-mouth statement made during a rally in Hyderabad, Nandamuri Balakrishna on Tuesday said that before Chandrababu Naidu brought Information Technology sector to Hyderabad, nobody (in Telangana) knew even the spelling of IT!
Obviously, the statement has been seen as both arrogant and disrespectful. Telangana Information Technology Association has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission against Balayya for the derogatory remarks.
It's funny to say that IT employees learned about IT only after Naidu garu. There is a conspiracy to drive a wedge among the employees of the sector. The sector has thrived not because of any one leader, a representative of the Association commented.
