'iSmart Shankar' Trailer: Unstoppable Shankar & a 'sim'

Puri Jagannadh has not just got street language at his disposal in 'iSmart Shankar'. He also has leveraged religious imagery and symbolism this time. In one of the frames in the Trailer, Ram Pothineni is seen delivering a trademark massy line holding a trident in his hand.
From Pattaya to Patha Basthi, the uncompromising Puri has covered all landscapes. If Ram plays an aggressive, rowdy Shankar, Nabha Natesh plays a Warangal girl who pretends to be rough before falling in love with the hero. Nidhhi Agerwal is yet another female lead.
The protagonist is apparently on the run and the police have inserted a 'sim' in his brain. Does the film have doses of sci-fi?
Satya Dev, who was introduced by the director with 'Jyothi Lakshmi' and who played a key role in the recent 'Brochevarevarura', has a key role in the film.
With music by Mani Sharma, this Hyderabad-based actioner has cinematography by Raj Thota. Lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla.
The release is on July 18.
