Saying that Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is playing the role of a gutsy journalist in 'Ism', Puri Jagannadh has said that it will be a "powerful film" in his career. A surprise look was released today to mark the 60th birthday of Kalyan Ram's father Hari Krishna. The look sees the hero sporting a six-pack abs look.

The film is mostly done but for patch work with the shooting of a long schedule in Spain. The film is slated for a grand Dasara release.

Aditi Arya is the female lead. Jagapathi Babu has a key role. Gollapudi Maruthi Rao, Tanikella Bharani, Posani Krishna Murali, JP Reddy, Ali, Eeshwari Rao, Vennela Kishore, Banda Raghu, Shatru, Ajay Ghosh, Srikanth, Kotesh Madhava, Nayan and Ravi are part of the cast.

Music-directed by Anup Rubens, it has cinematography by Mukesh. Editing is by Junaid. Lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla. Action choreography is by Jani.
