The music of Ishq will be released on the hands of Pawan Kalyan on Feb. 2. It may be noted that Nitin is a fan of Power Star in real life. He was once quoted as saying that he had consciously tried to imitate Pawan in Dil (Khushi had been released only a year ago). Music is by Anup Rubens.

The director says that although the story is a simple one, treatment, screenplay and the visuals are unique. To top it, the makers promise that Ishq would set a new trend in the genre of romantic movies.

The film is crucial to the sagging career of Nitin, who has become synonymous with few-film wonder. It is not that there is no talent in him. We never had any doubts about that - especially after watching him in Sye. He is sharing space with not just Nithya Menon, but also Sindhu Tholani. Ajay is playing another key role here. After a long time, a Nitin film is seeing much hype around it. It might mean that the audio release function is going to be a much-watched affair.
