Bollywood heartthrob Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khattar, had made his arrival as a lead actor last year, with the critically acclaimed international flick Beyond The Clouds by Iranian director Majid Majidi, besides also getting to star in Dhadak, the Shashank Khaitan directorial Sairat remake Dhadak, which was also the Bollywood launchpad of Jahnvi Kapoor,and went on to become a commercially successful venture.

While Jahnvi is having a number of promising projects in her kitty, like Takht, and the biopic of Kargil war IAF fighter pilot Gunjan Saxena, which are in various stages of filming, now the buzz is out on Ishaan's next project as well, and speculations are that yet again the young hero who is an excellent dancer and an amazing performer has opted for a remake.

Ishaan has reportedly been approached to star in the Bollywood remake of the 2018 Telugu blockbuster Geetha Govindam that starred the young sensation Vijay Deverakonda and Sandalwood beauty Rashmika Mandanna as the lead pair. Directed by Parasuram Petla, the movie went on to become a massive blockbuster grossing more than 125 crores, becoming Vijay Deverakonda's career best. It is to be seen if Ishaan Khattar opts to star in this blockbuster remake and signs on the dotted line.
