Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman after ruling the roost as India's premier music composers is setting foot into film production and his first venture is titled '99 Songs' for which he announced the cast and crew details.  

After auditioning almost a thousand people the lead pair of '99 Songs' has been selected and they are Ehan and Edilsy.  The Mozart of Madras has stated "The main actors have been trained for over a year at the KM Music Conservatory where they've learned to play the musical instruments needed for their roles. They have also attended exclusive acting workshops in Hollywood.  Filming started in India earlier this year and just now a long schedule has been completed in Ukraine.  

'99 Songs' a musical is directed by Vishwesh Krishnamurthy and produced by  Y M Movies and Ideal Entertainment.  Rahman has also jokingly clarified that the film will have 10 to 12 songs with his composition and not 99 as the film title suggests.
