A rough look of Ranbir Kapoor's 'Rockstar' is currently flooding the world of web and though many have questioned if this is indeed an official First Look of the film, hardcore Ranbir fans have grabbed even that and expressed their pleasure at finally seeing something coming out of the closet.

Though it is apparent that the picture isn't really polished, is pretty much like a rushed job and seems more like a fan's handiwork at creating a poster instead of the makers floating it on the stands, reactions so far have been quite extreme.

A senior publicity designer comes in the film's defence though, "By no means can this be termed as a First Look of the film. It is more like a still from a photo shoot and by no means does it convey anything about the film. I can bet that this is more like a fan's job more than anything else. When we design a First Look, we spend a lot of time and effort to brainstorm and then come up with something which goes with the spirit and theme of the film and the star. This one isn't even properly lit; even basic aesthetics of a poster design are astray."

Though official word from team 'Rockstar' is still awaited, sources attached to the film denied this as a First Look of thefilm and said that it was the work of a mischief monger.
