There has been a speculation that the run-time of Sarrainodu is approximately 160 mins. If true, the question that some might want to ask is, "Is Sarrainodu doing a Sardaar-ian mistake?" Post the release of SGS, many were disappointed that the film was needlessly lengthy. Their opinion is that, at a lesser length (say, minus 20 mins), Pawan Kalyan would have been better off.

Now that Boyapati Sreenu seems to have preffered a 2 hr 40 min run, can we say that the actioner will be too much to take? Not necessarily, as it depends on the story. Along with Boyapati, there are two more minds who have worked on the script: Gopimohan and Raja Simha. Going by the fact that the film has two heroines, one of whom is playing a powerful MLA's role, an actor who is playing a larger-than-life villain's role, a Babai, maybe it requires this length.

The inputs given by Gopimohan and Raja Simha must have resulted in such a length. Let's hope it's for good!
