Is Rajamouli pressing for new Telugu Directors' Guild?

As per the sources in Telugu Film industry, directors are not happy with the decisions or directions that Directors' Union is proposing. Rajamouli is leading among them and he is angry that active directors of Telugu Cinema are being ignored with inactive directors taking leading positions.
In TFI, there are 10's of directors but not one is being looked into after their one or two films. There are no directors who are able to make films on regular basis due to flops except for 15 or 20 people.
In directors' union there are upto 50 members who are in influential positions. And these 15 to 20 are having to listen to other 30, who are not as active as them. Rajamouli during Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown had to meet most of them and high leadership, face to face.
There he did not like the way, N. Shankar and few others who are in leadership positions are dealing with the incidents, it seems. Hence, he is pushing for active directors to form a Guild among themselves like Producers' Guild, it seems.
In TFI, producers have a union but as most of them don't make movies on regular basis, important people like Suresh Babu, Dil Raju, Allu Aravind with few other active members formed a guild to discuss issues among themselves than calling everyone.
Rajamouli is proposing similar thing say reports and sources from Film Nagar. Will other directors like Trivikram Srinivas, Sukumar, Harish Shankar, Koratala Siva, Surender Reddy, Krish decide to go with him? Let's wait and watch.
