A film supposedly made to announce the power of media by asserting its freedom could not have been worse in criticising the media in an inappropriate way.

What did the director want to say through the dialogue, 'Asale aa Pawan Kalyan ku tikka. Gun tho nee tala pelchina pelchestadu' which Pawan Kalyan says to Brahmi, a news-reader?

The media may be careless, often resorting to sensationalism while reporting the personal lives of film stars. But is it not outrageous to put a dialogue like this? This is tantamount to glorifying gun culture, as also unwittingly issuing a warning.

One hopes that Puri was too ignorant to even realize that such a dialogue is outrageous. Like many other lines in CGTR, may be it doesn't deserve reaction.
