It's known that Nani is playing a dual role for the first time in his career. In Mohankrishna Indraganti`s film, which is a thriller, Nani is paired up with Niveda Thomas and Surabhi. The film has been tentatively titled as Dhamaka. Going by the fact that 'Evadithadu' and 'Nani Gentleman' are the titles registered by Sridevi Movies banner, there is a speculation that the makers are mooting a title change.

The director-hero duo are teaming up for the first time since Ashta Chamma, which released in 2008. Nani has described the movie as the most commercial film from Mohankrishna, while the film is "very close to his sensibilities."

While Nani is on a high following the hat-trick (Evade Subrahmanyam, Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy, and now KVPG), Indraganti delivered the dud Bandhipotu last year. It has to be seen if the combination works. Meanwhile, Nani is planning a release every 4-5 months from now onwards.
