Kavin and Manikandan are popular upcoming actors in the Tamil industry. They are gaining a solid fanbase among the youngsters. We already brought to you that Kavin's 'Star' and Manikandan's 'Lover' are gearing up to clash at the box office on the Valentine's Day weekend.

Reportedly, Kavin's 'Star' is expected to be postponed to a later date in March. 'Star' is directed by Elan and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Sources tell us that the movie is being postponed from February 9th due to patchwork. Nearly ten days of patch shoots are pending for Kavin, who is hindered by other commitments.

The team is now aiming for a March release. 'Star' is jointly produced by Rise East Productions and Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP. The star cast includes Kavin, Lal, Aaditi Pohankar, Preity Mukhundhan, Geetha Kailasam and others. The film has DOP by Ezhil Arasu K and editing by Pradeep E Ragav with choreography by Sathish Krishnan.
