And the big news is that Kalabhavan Mani who has a good following among the masses may get to contest the elections.

Political buzz is that the actor may be asked from Chalakudi.

Sources that the Left parties (CPI-M, to be precise) wants him to stand as he enjoys good popularity.

Kalabhavan Mani, though initially reluctant, is reported to have agreed to the request.
