While gossip mills over months and years have been churning about the trouble brewing between Karisma Kapoor and hubby Sanjay Kapur, latest speculations are that the couple are seriously waiting to file a divorce and in the meantime are discussing about the authority over their two kids.

Although they have not made the divorce issue open, talks are that it will be finalised anytime soon. According to sources, the couple are now trying to come upon an agreement where they can get mutual custody of the two children (Samaira and Kiaan Raj) and after which they will go forward to file the divorce.

It can be taken account that Karisma and Sanjay, who got married in 2003, started having trouble within few years of marriage.

The differences started growing after their first daughter was born, in 2005, following which the two started living separately until 2010.

Then they got back together when Karisma delivered second child Kiaan.

However things were not all rosy and fine between two even then. Currently the grapevine is abuzz that Sanjay is closely involved with socialite- entrepreneur Priya Sachdev, whom he had even alleged to have invited to recently happened wedding of Karisma’s sis Kareena and Saif, but then they didn’t attend the ceremony.
