Is it Neha Dhupia's indirect criticism of Balakrishna?

Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia, who acted in a few Telugu movies in the 2000s, has said in a recent interview that she was shocked by a strange practice on the sets of a film.
During the shoot of a Telugu movie, the 36-year-old actress was hungry and asked for food. But the people around her informed that the hero was present on the sets and that she can be served food only after he starts eating. Neha added in the interview that it was a strange incident.
There is this speculation that Neha was referring to Nandamuri Balakrishna in the interview since the actress did 'Parama Veera Chakra' opposite the 'Ruler' actor in 2010. She didn't return to Tollywood after this movie became a flop.
