It's known that Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula have joined hands for a Telugu-Tamil-Hindi tri-lingual? The buzz is that the 'Fidaa' director has thought of a political subject for the movie.

It's believed that Kammula is going to do a thematic sequel to 'Leader' this time. The film won't be a story-based sequel to the Rana Daggubati movie, though. The 'Love Story' director, who has dealt with serious subjects in the past (both 'Leader' and 'Anamika' were not in the same league as his light movies such as 'Happy Days' and 'Life Is Beautiful), is back to handle a heavy story.
It's said that Kammula has zeroed in on an exciting political event concerning Tamil Nadu politics. The film will boast of universal sensibilities. Since it's a pan-India project, the scale of the project is large.
Dhanush is gung-ho. "Really excited to be working with one of the directors I admire Sekhar Kammula sir. Looking forward to this (sic)," the versatile actor tweeted after the movie was announced last week. The 'Maari' and 'Raghuvaran B.Tech' actor's film is expected to hit the screens in 2022. It will be produced by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP.
