Irrfan Khan takes son Ayaan to Sabarmati Ashram on Father's Day

Hollywood and Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan was snapped with his son Ayaan to Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad. He wanted to make the Father's Day on Sunday, June 19 special by paying an ode to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Excited Irrfan Khan took to twitter and said, "#FathersDay with #FatheroftheNation at #SabarmatiAshram.@akayaank & I learnt d art of spinning yarn on d charkha".

Irrfan and his son even tried their hands at the charkha, a spinning wheel, at the Sabarmati Ashram. Seems like, the authorities even handed over a rule book of the ashram to Ayaan, which has in it the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. On this surprise Irrfan's son Ayaan said: "I want to know more about Gandhiji. It feels great that I have come here with my father, at the place of Father of the Nation' on Father's Day." Both had no idea how to thank the ashram and the authorities.
Irrfan is married to screen writer Sutapa Sikdar and has two sons named Ayaan and Babil. This year Irrfan will be seen in Bollywood movie 'Madaari' and Hollywood film 'Inferno'.
