Irrfan Khan to romance again!

Irrfan Khan is currently shooting for Saket Chaudhary's 'Hindi Medium' with Pakistani actress Saba Qama. Post this he will also be seen in Homi Adajania's next, in which he plays a rockstar. Apart from these two upcoming ventures he will also play the lead role in Tanuja Chandra's next directorial which is a Rom-Com.

According to sources, Tanuja had been working on it for a long time. Sharing further, the sources added, "Irrfan has loved the script. It's a rom-com revolving around an unlikely couple that falls in love on a road trip. The film is set in India and will roll in November." It is said that the 49-year-old actor will start filming after wrapping up 'Hindi Medium' and concluding his promotions for Ron Howard's Inferno, in which he co-stars alongside Hollywood veteran Tom Hanks.

Casting for the lead actress is currently underway. "The makers are still scouting for talent for the role," added the source.

Incidentally, Tanuja's last film was 'Hope and A Little Sugar' in 2006, which premiered and won an award in October 2006, at the South Asian International Film Festival in New York. It was also the opening film in 2008 for the Opening Night Gala at BAFTA.
