Isaipuyal AR Rahman is working on a number of projects including Vijay's Bigil directed by Atlee, and is also expected to score music for Maniratnam's Ponniyin Selvan, which will feature a huge cast. On the other hand, AR Rahman's debut as a writer is also making its progress.

AR Rahman is debuting as a producer with the musical entertainer 99 Songs, which he has produced in his YM Movies banner in association with Jio cinemas, and AR Rahman has also scripted this movie which stars Ehan Bhat and Edilsy Vargas and directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy.

Now, the movie has been selected to be showcased in the prestigious Busan International film festival on October 9.
