Interesting tidbits on 'Nadodigal' remake - Rangrez

It is no longer news that Samuthirakani’s hit film ‘Nadodigal’ will be taken to the Hindi audience. The film will be helmed by Priyadarshan and star Jackky Bhagnani and ‘180’ fame Priya Anand in the lead roles with newbies in supporting cast. The film has now been tentatively titled ‘Rangrez’.

‘Rangrez’ will be produced by Vashu Bhagnani under their Puja Entertainment banner. The first schedule has commenced in Mumbai.

Priyan has opted for his favorite cinematographer - ace Santosh Sivan for this project. Music will be by Sajid – Wajid and editing is by TS Suresh. Art Direction is by Sabu Cyril.

‘Nadodigal’ starred Sasikumar and Ananya in the lead roles and released to positive response in 2009.
