It was announced before few days that Doctor starring Sivakarthikeyan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Vinay and Yogi Babu has been postponed from its initially announced date of March 26, due to the upcoming assembly elections.

Now the team has officially announced that Doctor will release on Ramzan festival and besides they've also revealed that Sivakarthikeyan's character has been named as Doctor Varun in the movie.

Doctor has music by Anirudh and the songs of the movie have become chartbusters already. The recently released so baby song has crossed 5 million views and has become a smash hit.
